We will be the go to person for all your vendors and family. We keep all the questions and problems away from the couple!
Two diagram updates of ceremony and reception layout.
Detailed wedding timeline + vendor timeline.
We visit the location you’re getting ready with coffee + snacks, extra timelines, bridal emergency kit and any last minute items you wanted us to pick up.
We arrive to the venue before any vendors to ensure they know where to set up and everything is running according to schedule.
Stay in contact with your bridal party to make sure everything is running smoothly and according to timeline.
Set up and style gift table, seating chart and tables capes according to mock up appointment.
Line up procession and cue bridal party during ceremony at BLOC + direct room flip.
Organize bridal party + cue vendors for grand entrance as well as all major events that will need to be captured by photographer or videographer.
Work with bride, groom, and vendors at various key points throughout the night if any tweaks to timeline need to be made.
Prepare for the garter/bouquet toss, cake cutting, and grand exit including pulling around get away car.
Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities.
Collection of personal items + gifts and load up designated clients car.
Final walkthrough with vendors to make sure venue is cleaned up properly and nothing is left behind.

Finalize vendor information 4-6 weeks out. Get all COI’s from vendors, confirm set up and strike times, etc.
